  • Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and order details.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
